Training for work where “close enough” isn’t.
I design training for healthcare, research-compliance, and life-sciences settings. Built in Brightspace, Moodle, and Articulate, and honest about what it actually changes.

Two projects carry the story.

Building My Department’s First LMS-Based Training Program
A bottlenecked, expert-led live session redesigned as a scenario-based, decision-focused LMS course. Welcome emails, deadline reminders, at-risk alerts, and certificates all run on Brightspace’s own automation.
Learning operations
Learning Operations Automation
Exam scoring, feedback, certificates, and pass/fail routing automated with Microsoft Forms and Power Automate, plus a records migration that moved thousands of training records in about two days instead of weeks.
Capabilities
Four things I do well.
Instructional Design
Scenario-based courses and assessments built in Articulate Rise, with working proficiency in Storyline.
LMS & Learning Operations
Course builds, enrollment workflows, tracking, and reporting in Brightspace, Moodle, and TalentLMS.
Compliance & Regulated Training
SOP-governed training, audit-readiness, and training records treated as controlled documents.
Workflow Automation
Power Automate and Power Apps for the operations around training: scoring, certificates, reminders, records.

A short note
I spent about nine years inside regulated research and healthcare-adjacent operations before spending the last ~3.5 designing training for them, so I build with ADDIE, evaluate with Kirkpatrick, and never forget that the learner has a job to get back to.
Currently open to roles
Looking for an instructional designer who treats training as a system?
I’m open to instructional design, L&D specialist, and learning-operations roles.
