How I use AI
AI does the heavy lifting. I make the calls.
I use AI tools every day, in my work and in my own life. This page shows how, starting with the system I use to run my job search.

How this site was made.
Claude built this website and helped reword my writing. I checked everything on it, and the projects, results, and testimonials are real. The French version was drafted with AI and may contain some errors.
Case study
A job-search system built in Notion, with Claude doing the busywork.
Applying for roles means tracking dozens of postings, versions of a CV, cover letters, deadlines, and portals. I built a system so none of that lives in my head.
What I built
- A Notion application database with 11 fields and 7 views, including a Kanban board, a pipeline, an archive, and a “Needs My Action” view for applications blocked by portals or CAPTCHAs.
- A bulk import of 44+ past applications, so the history is searchable in one place.
- A Google Drive structure with templates, one folder per company, and reference packages, with Notion linking straight to each file.
- A master CV template that every tailored version starts from.
Where AI fits
- Claude drafts the tailored CV and cover letter for each posting from the master template and the job description.
- Claude keeps the Notion database current: new applications, status changes, and follow-ups.
- I review every draft, correct anything that isn’t accurate, and make the final call on what gets sent.
Why it matters. It’s the same thing I do in learning operations: map the workflow, automate the repetitive parts, and keep a person accountable for judgment and accuracy.
Also
A learner analysis from public conversations.
For a course on DBT skills, I used ChatGPT to help sort and summarize public Reddit discussions about learning those skills, surfacing recurring questions and pain points. It was a creative workaround for a learner analysis, and a good example of how I use AI in life and work: as a fast first pass that I then check and interpret myself.
Ground rules
Facts come from me
AI never supplies numbers, tools, or claims about my work. If something is missing, it gets flagged, not filled in.
Every output gets reviewed
Drafts are a starting point. I edit, verify, and decide.
Automate the busywork
AI handles formatting, tracking, and first drafts so I can spend time on judgment.
